Brite need your ID. Unlike most other bike rental companies, Brite need to know that you are who you say you are as there is a rental contract between us. We do our bit by providing the service, you do your bit by agreeing to the terms of service.
It's not sufficient to add a credit card or debit card as proof of identity as you could use any card once you have the card details.
This improves the security of the system and allows us to provide the level of service required.
Its not a legal requirement to provide a drivers license for a bike, its just our prerogative!
