100% of instances where there is an over charge query are related to not getting correct confirmation that your trip has ended. The system will continue to charge your card until it is ended. Brite may become aware that you have not ended your trip correctly and will contact you. We are not obliged to refund you any money where you have not ended your trip correctly, that is, you get an end rental summary and the bike turns off.
