We usually issue refunds for the following reasons: 

  1. a ride that didn’t start because a lock didn’t open and you were charged the unblock fee plus a little bit but you didn’t go  anywhere

  2. Where your bike or moped had a fault that prevented you from using it usually appearing during the ride. 

You need to provide as much detail as possible for our case team to review, so provide pictures, videos and details of time and place your issue occurred. Please note that we do not issue refunds where you can’t end your ride and you put the bike on pause and walk away.
